Rajan Sehgal, Co-Founder, Passionals is one of the most distinguished faces of the Indian travel and hospitality sector. With over 35 years of experience in the travel and hospitality business, Rajan is known for building a strong communication network for smooth functioning and achievement of goals for the growth of the industry.

He did his graduation in Tourism from College of Vocational Studies, Delhi University.

He has worked with Lufthansa German Airlines’ GSA for 10 years from the year 1978–1988. As a part of the advance travel and ticketing training, Rajan was sent to Germany where he stood first among the other participants from 15 countries. He has also worked with International Travel House (ITC’s travel division) for 7 years from 1989–1996 as the Business Development Head. During his tenure with ITC, he was also part of various management workshops.

In the year 1996, he started his own travel company– Arrivals Air Services Pvt Ltd which has made a name for itself in the list of top service providers of India.

Later in 2018, he along with a partner co-founded the company– Passionals, which is India’s No. 1 job portal for Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industry.

He is a Member of the Managing Committee of Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) and also the Chairman for Public Relations & Allied Services.

An avid Golfer himself, Rajan is also the President of India Golf Tourism Association (IGTA) which aims to bring more golf tourists to India and experience the magnificent array of golf courses from the mountains to cities.

As the Co-Chairman of Tourism Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI), he has been instrumental in promoting and organizing programmes on Film Tourism, Golf Tourism and Heritage Tourism.

Besides taking care of his business, Rajan also teaches and gives training to the students at Delhi University and other travel and tourism institutes across the country.
